Today i want to look at a setup and then i got the message i can not view the thread because i dont have 15 posts! What is that all about? I am a member but i can't look at a setup, kind of silly if you ask me.

Correct! And i think it will be only visible for RACE Pro club members soon. A lot of the visitors in that forum only come here to take and don't contribute in anyway.
We are a community where people help eachother out but when the balance is gone I think this is a good way of checking what people really do here during their visit.

Personally i think setups should only be allowed for Racing Club members.
As you are not racing on RD and you are either coming over here just to download a setup to race over at another website or you are using it to race offline (illegal version).
