SAAB Formula Junior. I remember reading once about a shakedown test with this car. The driver selected 1st instead of 3rd and reached 25000 rpm!

My favourite driver of all time, Tom Pryce. A fantastic driver, whose life was tragically cut short.

"Fe gurrodd y goreuon heb gefna ar ei gynefin" - He beat the best without ever turning back on his roots.

R.I.P Tom Pryce 1949 - 1977
Never forgotten.

Ive been a fan of racing on real road based tracks since a kid & with the '83 footage of Nords' above I figured I'd add my all time hero Joey Dunlop @ the IOM....
(I hope with it being a motorcycle race that it still fits the topic...)
It's just amazing to think how far onboard camera technology has came since then!
Just remember that there's a LARGE camera mounted on his tank-he can't get down under the screen or properly over the front wheel, yet still goes flat knacker!
