I have a question.i have Resolution 1280x1024,and after reinstall since last year,my Monitor show an small Display like an cinema...i don't have a full screen...all settings tested but still the black at top and bottom.only if i drive.In menu all is fullscrenn

Go to your options menu, main menu, deselect use letterbox mode.
