I have a Reverb G2 and find the colours are a bit washed out on some tracks, for example LA Canyons. I've found a simple ingame way to increase saturation, contrast and brightness using ReshadeVR. Simply download and extract the files. Then just copy the whole lot to your AC folder in Steam (usually .../steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa). They don't overwrite any files so it can just be deleted if you don't want it.
Ingame press "Home" to open the menu on your monitor and fiddle / alter the values to your liking. Press "Home" again to close it.
For LA Canyons I like to run A3PP as the PP filter in Content Manager and increase the saturation to 1.300, the brightness and contrast are fine for me as they are.
