VR Help needed

Hi, I've just treated myself to my first vr headset (Oculus Quest 2) as I haven't got the room for a 3 monitor setup at the moment. I've got it all set up and running 60fps but when I start a race it looks like I am sitting on the roof of the car and the menus are down by my feet. Has anyone else encountered this and if so how did fix it?

ctrl - spacebar to recenter VR. Map it to your wheel maybe, not 100 you can but you should be able too.

Cheers for taking the time to reply but I found out how to do it about 5mins after posting my question. Simple fact of clicking the reset seating position button that I failed to see.
