VR settings with Index?

Hi all, I don't know what happened to my settings but for some reason when I start AMS2 now the view outside the car are very blurry, something must have changed in my settings because it was fine before but now it's blurry, I'm not the most techie guy when it comes to vr lol does anyone have vr settings for the index I could try?
