Vr settings

I'm new to sim racing and vr.... I have just purchased a quest 2 and wondering if anyone can help me with the settings for ac...

I have a ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 166p super

If I run it with sol on I only get 45 fps... Is there a fix for this other than turning it off... Then I get 90fps...

Any help would be appreciated...
