VR video gamma

Has anyone experienced something where everything in your headset seems to bee a ton brighter than usual/regular monitor?

Mine looks like the gamma setting is turned all the way up with everything really pale. All the video settings set to maximum quality but i get this feeling that something isn't quite right

I remember having that problem in AC in the early VR days, on a DK2 and before their big VR update of a year or two ago.

It's been much better of late but there are some good resources on here now giving advice on a good VR setup.

I experienced this last night on Laguna Seca, I just changed the filter to neutral dark and it was much better.

If you turn off PP filter you won't have that problem
