PC2 VR wont centre HMD properly

Hi guys,

The issue I'm having is every time I get into the car it basically puts m on top of the bonnet (even when I chose cockpit for camera first). I have to manually change the seat forward and back through the settings to get my view where It should be.

The recenter HMD button works but still puts me on the bonnet if I dint change the rest first

What am i doing wrong? Surely It should put me in the car from scratch and then one click of the centre HMD button and that should do it, right......???

I had a thing for a while where it was using the wrong camera and put me on the bonnet, so naturally recenter HMD would just put me there. I bound a button to change camera to put me back in the cockpit and kept pressing it every time, it eventually took the hint.
