VRC Chevrette 28 GTO @ Sebring

I thought I'd take the VRC's Chevrette 28 GTO out for a spin at Sebring_rtb 0.8 in honor of the new 1990s billboards skin, but Chevrette? In French, that means 'ammo wagon,' but I get it: pay-ware. It's a stand-in in for Roger Penske's Camaro Z28s back in the IROC days. At Sebring, this over-powered, under-tired car has all the finesse of a soused mastodon: a terror to drive, almost uncontrollable. It might have been more manageable with adjustable shocks (Konis had been around since the 50s), but no. Still, if you're into fish-tailing acceleration, lurid power slides and a kidney-punishing ride, this baby's for you. (On the plus side: great cockpit!) Race setup for ten laps of Dr Maboul's Sebring.
