VRC has a new site and a new F1 2022 in the works

I love their prototype series and favour the 03 cars more than the modern ones but they are all top notch.

Now they are going full on modern with the new F1 2022 cars.

I hoped on the new site they would show the version and/or date of last update in the overview so you could quickly see what mods have a new version without the need to click into each one and change to the version history tab. Maybe they can now send update emails again

The car looks good, but I'll be waiting for the RSS version to compare and then decide which to get.

I think alot of people will be doing that.

It is not for me, I would love them to do the new Hyper cars, I think over the next 3 or so years the WEC will take off and hopefully become more mainstream and they should be at the forefront of it.

I'm a great fan of VRC cars but they seem to be among the few cars in my collection that have no windscreen effects (shadows from trees etc). The Kunos car, 911 GT1 98 also has this problem. I contacted VRC and they said the fault was with CM, not their cars (which I don't doubt). My search online has been inconclusive.. does anyone know what the problem could be?

Installed the Alpha 22 yesterday and mine seems to be broken in AC. When
I load up the car I just starts bouncing even at a stand still. I tried driving it and just spontaneously jumps off the track. Only does that with the Alpha.

I have not got it.. yet... but I have read there is optional No CSP physics included that must do away with the porpoising, maybe try that.
