VSC Randomizer - Piggyback App to Randomise call functions of a VSC

Simple app that can call a random VSC on and off based on config file values. If running in a league, only the admin needs the VSC app, all others would need the OSRW app

Hi Sonic, I have included the OSRW app in the .rar file

Just copy the apps folder over your existing apps folder. Same for the content folder
