Weather: How to make it rain later in the session?

I tried a bunch of different things but clouds just disappear instead of getting bigger and darker. How can I start a 20 min session, and lets say first 10 min it goes dry, and last 10 min it starts to rain?

This is not how the weather is designed in ACC, in ACC, the variable weather is not scripted, it will never be exactly the same, you will not know exactly what is coming next, just like IRL.
All you can make sure off is that it is raining or clear, but if you want variable, you have no control over the weather.
