Weird "color haze" in cockpit vr view

Searched everywhere so hoping someone here can help: I play on a Oculus Rift S and some cars (only DLC ones, like the Porsche GTLM) have a weird pink/purple cockpit haze. It's like there is a purple LED next to my head making the interior light up like a brothel.

Anyone else known to this problem and how to fix it?

Some cars (mostly GT3s) have interior lighting. In the Z4 it is blueish, in the Lambo it is purple.
Could be, that this is what you meant.

open Sol Plan Selector, then click the small button, it will open the car's CustomShadersPatch config ini in your default text editor

search for something like

[LIGHT_EXTRA_1] (number maybe different)

and remove the whole section, then save the file

oh and maybe also disable this (its checked by default), or you soon will get those lights back

actually that was wrong (but my second post is still needed),
edit "assettocorsa\extension\config\cars\common\gt3_lights.ini"
and remove this [LIGHT_EXTRA....] section:

I hate those interior lights and can't understand why they were ever introduced. Why on earth would anyone want their cockpit to glow pink at night?
Is there a universal toggle to just get rid of them on all cars in one fell swoop?
