Weird screen flashing

Hello everyone, this is my first post here, and I have a weird issue that I just cannot figure out. I have searched these forums and looked all over, and cannot seem to find any info on it. When I play the game, the screen/ game will flash in between a bad graphics setting, and the setting I want, so it kind of looks like a white flash every 3 seconds or so and makes the game completely unplayable.

I really think that’s the same problem I have.
i5 5575R, 8GB LPDDR3 1867MHz, Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200.
But running rFactor 2 1.118. I wanted to try it before buying, I know 1.118 is not the last version, quite old now. Works great on i7 9700H, 16GB LPDDR4 2667MHz, SSD & Radeon Pro 5300M 4GB GDDR6

That is Microsoft Onedrive. It tries to restore your files in /Documents.
AC / CM / CSP have there settings files in the /Documents/Assetto Corsa folder. If those are overwritten like the weather_fx.ini the weatherFX modul resets, which you can see as a flash.

So if Onedrive is restoring the files (Who knows why), it flashes.
Therefore just deactivate Ondrive for the AC documents folder.
