Cant need a normal livery for that and all livery from vanilla version are switchable color livery

impossible you have to use modular mod and put FOM chassis at McLaren instead of Mclaren real chassis

So that means I need to make a completely different version for the McLaren chassis.

you cant play online with any modded car

No, because all the livery are store on the same file, include the car performance, so thats why we cant play online with it. Codemaster server detect as a ''cheat''
