Wet track at the start, is that possible?

Is it possible to make the track wet already at the start, without rain, and not have to get into the Weather FX / debug rain settings every time? I want to start the race with the effect of a wet track and not touch the settings every time, I don't need rain, just a wet track.

How can this be implemented?

I found how to do it myself. You can use Reshade function - SSR [qUNIT_ssr.fx] and you will always have a wet track.
