wha is Assetto corsa Pro ( commercial licenses)?

Guyz am wondering if someone can help me with an info please ... does anyone knows what is the Assetto corsa pro licenses ? and did someone actually tried it or bought it for commercial use ?

Mostly means if you're using it publically (like letting people pay to run laps at a game center) or want higher level support (eg. the pro version has some features that suit putting it on a rig with the body of a car around the user)

There's also 2 versions, a commercial one that does not allow custom liveries, track billboards/adverticing and the use of mods or any external software.
The pro version allows the above, and cost a lot more.
