What apps/hud do you use?

Just wondering what apps everybody is using for their HUD? Mine is ....

Centre of steering wheel = Gear app
Bottom centre below Gear app = Sidekick
Top middle = Helicorsa
Bottom left = ACRL Fuel

If you can be bothered maybe take a screenshot lol.

  • fuel_usage
  • Essentials (standard app)
  • Track description (standard app)
  • Track map (standard app)
  • prunn: delta (above "last lap")
  • (theoretically virtual mirror + esotic speedometer)
  • gears, pedals (standard apps)
  • top right:

how do you manage to drive with all those distractions lol

There is one that is excellent, Sidekick ( by Topuz), it gives you most of what you need to know in a compact, non obstructive, immersive ( ;) RasmusP ) app

@RasmusP that is a very busy point of view!:roflmao:
I have sidekick, but not active at the moment.
I don't know why but I like these big, but transparent hud more than this "one black bar".
When I'm focused on the track I don't even see my apps. But I know where to look at my screen and find the info I'm looking for in a blink of an eye
For me sidekick really kills immersion. It's like having a second screen on the screen instead of a fitting head up Display.

Or to say it simple: I like the feel of being iron man:roflmao:

The less apps on screen ... the best in my point of view, that's why I fully understand Cote Dazur's statement: SideKick allows to group many other separate apps in one single app and view.
It just misses track temperatures, wind and grip to be nearly complete.

Now, in practice, adding Tyre app (standard app) is a perfect addition.

In race, if well prepared .... SideKick's display is enough for tyres.
Always present:
- Helicorsa invisible mode ( only the side radar lights ) + Crew Chief ( both very useful with a single screen ).
- Ptracker ( moreover if a server is using a Stracker )
- Pitlane Penalty ( invisible mode also ) if the server uses this perfect replacement of original penalties.
Finally, the most visible and looked at is ... Sidekick....

I don't have enough eyes to do like you @RasmusP :roflmao:... but if you feel fine with so much, why not ? ... as long as it pleases you and you're at ease ;)

Yeah I really like it haha.
But of course I understand your points! Sidekick is really nice app!

If you watch closely to the top left you see my rivatuner/msi afterburner overlay. If friends come by and see that they always wonder how I could ever play with that?!
But for real: I don't even see it anymore :roflmao:
