What do Servers reveal about Race Strategy?

Hi all,

The other night I joined a public lobby.
During the race i had the feeling my fuel stats were somehow revealed by the lobby owner to one of his friends i was racing.
I intended a 2 stop strat, just before i was due to pit i was undercut which seemed a bit suspicious.
granted it could have been coincidence?
Later in the race i received wing damage and was due to pit and once again the other driver quickly pitted.

What information do lobby owners have access to?
I am hoping I am just being paranoid and the events played out fair.
