F1 2016 What does the R&D sheet says?

Don't know if you noticed, but sometimes, when upgrading a component in career mode the engineer gives you a sheet with some sketches and text. If I'm not wrong it's in Latin, can someone kindly translate it for me? (I'll try to upload a screenshot, on my pc it's readable, but I don't know if the upload will reduce the quality)

I think it's Lorem Ipsum, only a filler text. I doubt Codemaster went into the trouble of "encrypting" those reports.

I always read them and store them in a folder. I digest the improvements. At night in the team bar I discuss it with my crew and the chief engineer. The team are always keen to hear my input over a scotch.
