Totally depends on the usage. these days Facebook is like a post address and event planning tool for me. Discord is the place to discuss hobbies in real time and just shoot shít. On top of that I've always been a forum guy, first thing I did on the internet was join a fligthsim forum, back in ~2000.

For Insta I'm too old

Forums generally aren't considered to be social networks per se, since there's not friends lists, subscribers and network building. But to be perfectly honest, I hate most forums too for the same reasons I hate social networks. Doesn't mean I never use them though.

None, but I think that is largely to do with age. I've used computers my entire adult life (50+ years beginning in college) but computers are primarily a tool for me, not entertainment or for socializing. I also wouldn't post my life on the computer. I'm too private for that.
