Has RaceDepartment purchased OverTake or has OverTake purchased RaceDepartment or is this more of a letter of understanding to work together more or some other kind of arrangement?

Looks like overtake has purchased racedepartment and I guess this forum will soon fall under overtakes domains.

RaceDepartment and OverTake decided to work together on the task of providing a home for the lovers of simracing. As this also had to be "manifested" in some sort of legally binding arrangement, OverTake acquired RaceDepartment in order to merge both platforms under one legal entity.
