whats best (cheapish)Rubber matting for anti-vibration??

I am about to move my rig upstairs to a wooden floor boarded room, from a concrete downstairs space.
I run a butt kicker kicker gamer 2 on the rear of my rig and 100w shaker on the front. I am worried about vibration going through floorboards and upsetting the wife and my son LOL, what sort of rubber mat could I use the stop vibration into the floorboards. is it just about the thickness?

Make sure to get proper solid rubber mat, not that foam crap, it wouldn't do jack for vibration.
Visit to local gym equipment store is probably worth it.
Check interlocking puzzle units, essentially any gym flooring kind.

I used these under my simlab rig as it was upstairs

Tried various mats but these solved the issue.
