Whats the most realistic camera shake people use on AC?

Notice how the main difference from real life is not the pp filter or sound. But the camera shake.

Whats a good solution people have that doesn't make you sick but isn't as stale as the stock setting?

Maybe use a buttkicker if you're not in VR .... I guess that it might give the same kind of visual sensation if the monitor is separated from the cockpit.
I have none so surely someone using a buttkicker might confirm.

IRL both the car and the driver's body are shaking together while the track doesn't shake.

I have tweaked NeckFX settings to simulate exaggerated movement. Love it!
