What's wrong with my SOL/Photo realistic setup?

I've recently installed Asseeto Corsa and today I tried the SOL v2.2.1 together with CSP 0.1.76.
I also tried the Photorealistic Filter V7 and followed this guide mainly:

Then partly this:

But the tracks looks like this;

What am I missing or doing wrong?!

Hi, what are the CM settings that you are using? Same as the guide?

I'm using the same near enough and this is a video from a couple of days back.

You need to change the month in which you race, you have seasons enabled.
