General What's wrong with my SOL / Photorealistic Filter settings?

I've recently installed Asseeto Corsa and today I tried the SOL v2.2.1 together with CSP 0.1.76.
I also tried the Photorealistic Filter V7 and followed this guide mainly:

Then partly this:

But the tracks looks like this;

What am I missing or doing wrong?!

I thing you need to change date close to spring/summer
