Wheel feels different in online

I spent about two months adjusting and getting used to my wheel setting, I only recently started playing online but when I drift and cant even make it around one corner before spinning but in single player I have no issues drifting, So I just wanted to know if wheel settings are different in single player compared to multiplayer.

A shot in the dark as you're not telling us what the differences actually are.

It might just be something simple like track grip settings. Depending on your wheel the differences between lowest (old) and highest(optimum) can be quite a lot.

This. And temperature also plays a big role in AC - the lower, the faster you go.
