Wheel speed sensitivity question

What is the "linear" setting, 0%?
The default is 50%

Speed sensitivity must be set to 0%, otherwise it will make the car undrivable at high speed.
All the axis sensitivity instead must be set to 50% for a linear response.

Speed sensitivity didn't even occur to me because i always have it at 0% lol.
