Why not just on steam? It doesn't appear on Play.com or Amazon.

I've bought both Race07 and GTR Evolution - the expansion pack for Race07, online on steam.

It is 99.9% safe from my point of view.

Steam uses the Verified by Visa system which is as safe as safe can be (not sure if it supports PayPal as well)

No, it just downloads to your account. You can use paypal to pay with too.

Yes, when you finish paying for it it will automatically add itself to your steam games list and start downloading.
