Where do I put custom car skins for race 07 on Windows 7?

Hi,

Can someone tell me how to add custom car skins into Race 07 etc...
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

I am sure when I had XP/Vista it created a folder in my documents but it not there.
Any help would be appreciated
