Many people want hear support because key is lost or activations run out etc. problems with GSC..
And nothing happend, weeks waiting and only silence.
I too run out my activations. Only three maybe to little. Some company's give 10 or something. Games have installed some times many times, its normal with Windows and thats why people hope company's support is good and fast. people want play game which they buy.
I understand copy protecting and different method use, but themselfs is not acceptable if they hurt legal purchaser too much.
Even if prouduct is top notch or maybe best own genre, who buy next if he afraid that game is naybe anymore playable if Windows crasch couple time.
I thinking many times before I buy Formula Truck, anyway, I buy yesterday and now I hope my Windows not crash or something unexpedted happend several next year, cos I can activate that only three times like GSC.
Now I drive exellent Formula Truck, but I want drive also my GSC 2012. Both exellent simulation, Reiza truly know how make simulation. But, Reiza not handle customer support very good...
So where is Reiza support?
