Where is the clutch in patch?

last week i uninstalled content manager and ac, and i reinstalled yesterday, and there's no clutch to bind in patch, anyone knows how to fix?

I think that was introduced with a later version of CSP (afaik), what ver of that are you running?

You talking about 2nd clutch or sometimes called button clutch?

Im on 1.74 btw

Odd, it was introduced with CSP 1.62, are you certain you're on 1.75. I just downgraded to 1.60 and it looked like your screenshot, no 'neutral' button or 'clutch' button. Upgraded back to 1.74 and after restarting CM they're both there.
