Where would one find the EULA for GTR Evo / Race 07?

As per title, am mulling over an idea, but obviously want to make sure it does not infringe on the license agreement for Evo, so am looking for th EULA - but for the life in me I cannot find the damn thing ... googled an everthin but to no avail!

Anyone shed light on where I can find this?

thought this was included within the manual

Tried both Race 07 and GTR Evo manuals and I can't see it anywhere
