Which Best Preference?

Very High look a bit ugly...i wanna all F1 Cars look sharp than only mine cars..other look so much Bloom/smoth..so which of that i need to On/off in Preference? my english isn't good and dont understand with graphics hi-tech like bloom,Depth of field etc lol.

so whats the best setting? i wanna all sharp and fresh..no with "smoth/bloom" plus traffic..who wanna see truck?! lol

You just mentioned the setting you need to change... Depth of Field. It blurs everything around the edges of the focal point, in this case making your car look sharp while most of the others look fuzzy. Turn it off and everything will look sharp.
