which option to select to add traffic?

hello,
how to start with traffic in mulholland drive?
i select free roam, then which option to select in game?

in "race weekend" it wont let me select the mulholland drive freeroam.
and in race mod, well i don't wish to race, i want to cruise..

so how to start with traffic?
(cant use Content Manage its not working i get some 0x007 error.)

Track Day is what the mode is called in Content Manager, I haven't tried the plain launcher in a while to know if it's the same. If the track's unavailable in that mode then the layout doesn't support traffic.
