Well, i can confirm that. If you drive 100m behind honda...it looks like whole car including wheels are white. Pitty, because car looks great...

I know. The wheel things is when you make the skin in 2D. When you recolour the car it also recolours the wheel area, and Codies have made the tires turn that colour. It is a bit of Codemasters fault with the car. I will try though and fix it!
