F1 2010 Why do I keep getting cut?

In career mode, I have won the WDC with Mercedes GP and am about to win both the WDC and the Constructors championship with McLaren, but both teams cut me. Do you have to meet all the goals all the time or what. This is getting frustrating as i want to be on a team long enough to see a car get fully developed.

You need to have the reputation they require to get a renewal. Did you join both the above by beating your rival?

Try using the search box (top right) this has been covered before.

Thanks for the info...and i would have used the search function but i didn't know how to word it, so i just started a new thread.
