F1 2010 Why I can't download any mod?

I try to click download mod (any mod) for F1 2010 (PC) but when my Internet Download Manager try to download it, its like refreshing new download address, this happen for every mod that i've tried to download. Maybe i'm using the wrong method? Please guide me, thank you! ray:
