Why I get that message?

Hello everyone, I am trying to send a PM to a coleague, but I get that message. Why is that?

Hola @David Garcia the user you are trying to PM has registered today but did NOT confirm his/her account yet so is effectively not having an activated account here on RD.

The user should check his email inbox (or spamfolder) and click the link in email we have sent to confirm the email address.
