Why is Race Department not promoting other series not hosted by RD?

On the surface it seems obvious why. But then again, Race Department is about gathering like-minded people to race against and talk motorsport and sim-racing.

So why does RD choose to not help promote / engage in other leagues than their own?
One exception is the Worlds Fastest Gamer, but I don't want to talk about leauges and compititions made and presented by huge multi billion dollar international firms.

Why not talk about, oh I don't know: SRC? ACRL?

Just a quick thought.

We are not against promotion per se but so far we haven't found a sustainable model to do so that works for everybody. When you promote leagues X,Y and Z you'll have leagues A,B,C, complaining that they don't get attention.

That said we host forums to tons of racing series (albeit more consoles) and everybody is happy to reach out to us by email to work something out. All leagues out there are more than happy to join our forums and have a hosted forum and have all their communication here and benefit from the hundreds of thousands of pairs of eyes that drop by every month.
