Why isn't my car working like how a real life car works

Because it's a racing simulator, not a parking simulator, so they cut out things that would cost time & money but not improve racing
Which, after all these years, I still think was a bad choice because (race) cars tend to stall when they spin. Or at least its possible they stall which would delay you for a few seconds or in the case of older F1 cars end your race outright.

Maybe Ilja can cook something up in his CSP, but it's a rather complicated thing so honestly I wouldn't hold my breath.

Depends on which car. Many cars have anti-stall these days.

EDIT: "My car also can move on its own from 0 rpm with no clutch at all."

I'll give you that - that's weird if you're in gear and not in neutral (I assume the engine is off, because it can't idle at 0 RPM).

It's also reliant on getting a bunch of data that doesn't exist, which is the actual stall rpm, starter torque/speed (or for some cars, absense of a starter except in the pits), any electronic lockouts (modern cars require brakes pressed, semiautomatics need neutral)... and ultimately the 99.9% of players who don't map ignition power/starter buttons will continue to use the existing code where engines cannot stall.

If you wanna go really in depth with it, sure. You could also do a really basic implementation. A button for the ignition, a button for the starter and stall the engine at say 30% idle rpm or something, just an example number. This all presupposes that it can be implemented at all, which isn't certain, but I'd sure like to see it.

If you then wanted to make it more detailed put a few flags into the car config file for external starters, lockouts, anti-stall, etc. and make induvidal stalling rpm possible.

There's also the issue of engine start sound samples and blending them into the existing idle soundloop.
