Why they don't want us to have brakes ?

is there anybody who have the information or any site who discuss'bout'it.
Yes,why the F...is it like this.Wé can never brake properly in any game in dis world.
A pad may even brake better than any super expensive brake pedals.
I'm curious before i die iwonder and i wish i knew.
