Will someone design the missing skins for the rss f1 hybrid 2019?

Hello, good to all, I am the only one who thinks it is too early to start championships with the rss f1 2021 ?.
I think that it is still a mod that is only based on some basic technical data and that the real design would be missing to be able to collect real data do not you think?
