Will the netcode improve in 1.3?

Does anybody know if there are any updates to be expected on the netcode for the 1.3 version? I am still not entirely happy how some collissions all of a sudden happen when you are close to other vehicles.

Wasnt it the 1.06 version where the netcode was perfect?

Maybe, if a VERY VERY talented group of modders approached Kunos and garanteed to build cars to the same level of quality that he has, he might consider it and give code access, It would certainly allow Kunos more development time in other areas.
But I think he would be reluctant, I know I would. One bad decision could destroy it all.
