HeskeyBoy21 updated Williams Custom Dial | F1 2020 with a new update entry:

Updated to be compatible with Patch 1.13

Fixed issue which caused the game to soft lock on loading screen due to the patch 1.13 released by Codemasters.

Users have reported general issues with the new changes in patch 1.13 so I suspect Codemasters will release 1.14 which may cause the UI mod to become incompatible once again.
