No sadly there isn't But you can use the version 2.0 to import and export files

It imports without mipmaps so yes it works

How do you edit helmets, suits or decals?? When I export in dds the texture and I try to open it in Photoshop, the program returns me an error. I need help!!

helmets, suits can't really be done right now in good quality due to the fact that those textures rely very much on mipmaps and they can't be exported right now (at least that I know of)
Do you have a DDS plugin for photoshop?

We can’t make proper mods yet. We are waiting. For an update of the software that we use to import and export textures. Until then this is just a placeholder. The final thing will work online
