This is a quick reskin for the signage at the Esprit3905/DDM version of Willow Springs (ddm_gts_willow_springs), based largely on the scene from near the start of the 2019 movie Ford vs Ferrari.

Sadly not to this level of complexity, no. VRC have used a single portion of a texture for every billboard, which is why the entire set of them are simply blank.
