1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of nations in which prize draw promotions are permitted. Anybody may enter the competition however prize giving is only applicable to entrants from nations in which prize draw promotions are permitted. The selected winner’s nation of residence will be validated before prizes are delivered. Only open to people over the age of 16.
2. Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”): Enter between 19:00 UTC on 16th May 2020 and 22.00 UTC on 16th May 2020.
3. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid Twitch.com account is required.
4. To Enter: Register on the Twtich.com page. Upon registration locate the RaceDepartment profile and follow the account. RaceDepartment will begin a broadcast at 19:00UTC 16th May 2020. During this broadcast viewers must comment in the chat section before a graphic appears on screen notifying viewers that the competition has closed. This graphic will appear at a random time during the broadcast.
5. By submitting your information or creating a Twtich.com account, you agree to the Twtich.com terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Twtich.com account, or participate in this Promotion.
6. Unlimited entries per participant throughout the Promotion Period.
7. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted by the Promoter for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
8. The Prizes (“Prizes”):

9. The Prize is non-transferable, is not exchangeable and has no cash alternative in whole or in part.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should the advertised Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
11. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of Prizes from the date of winner confirmation. Delivery of the prizes will be fulfilled by the associated sponsor (Benq)
12. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted immediately after the on screen competition alert graphic is displayed by an independent person or agency.
13. Winner Notification: The winner shall be contacted via a message in the Twtitch.com direct message inbox immediately after the on screen competition alert graphic is displayed and shall be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of initial contact. In the event a participant does not respond to communications within the 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and re-award that Prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner. 14. Moderation: The Promoter will reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a. contains any content that is offensive or could reflect negatively on the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
b. includes trademarks, logos, or copyright material not owned by you or used without the rights owner's prior written permission (including famous names, company names, etc.);
c. defames, misrepresents, or insults other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners); and
d. promotes any political agenda.
