wind speed is bugged

Just ignore it. It is just a false number.

107kph would be the wind speed of an hurricane.

Technically hurricane-force winds begin at 119kph... but yeah, it'd be breezy.

Also due to the way AC displays wind speeds that's a bit exaggerated, iirc it shows the 10m height speed but your car gets the 2m high speed, which is lower by about half due to terrain effects.
